At Bristol Future Talent Partnership, we’re passionate about creating meaningful opportunities that connect young people with real-world experiences. Our recent visit to Yeo Valley HQ and Holt Farms offered exactly that, an engaging, hands-on introduction to the world of business, sustainability, and innovation.

From the moment students arrived, they were welcomed into an environment that blends creativity with purpose. Set against the stunning Somerset countryside, Yeo Valley provided not just a workplace, but a living example of how values-driven organisations operate.
