Robert Muranda: Operations Manager

Driving Purpose and Opportunity in Bristol

Rob brings over 20 years of experience across the private and public sectors, spanning IT, sport, and education. His work in career management and guidance has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and barriers young people face as they shape their futures, not just for themselves, but also for their families and communities.

Motivated by a desire for meaningful change, Rob transitioned into the VSCE sector to create opportunities that inspire purpose and belonging. Through the Bristol Future Talent Partnership, Rob is committed to bridging gaps between education, employers, and communities, ensuring that young people in Bristol have access to pathways that unlock potential and transform lives.

Rob’s vision is clear: to galvanize collaboration across sectors and empower the next generation to thrive.
