Our placements are carefully designed with students at the centre, giving young people from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds real, meaningful insight into professional life, and the confidence to pursue it. When young people leave a placement feeling inspired rather than overlooked, we know we're getting it right.
Futures Unlocked
Over a thousand young Bristolians supported and counting. From year 10 students taking their very first steps into the workplace, to college leavers exploring graduate pathways and apprenticeships, we're opening doors for the talent this city too often overlooks. Every student who comes through our programme leaves with more than experience — they leave with a clearer sense of what's possible for them.

The Elevate Network
Fourteen schools, colleges, and universities united around a single goal: raising aspirations and expanding opportunities for young people who face the greatest barriers to employment. Because equity in education starts well before graduation. Through the Elevate Programme, we work hand in hand with educators to make sure that background, postcode, and ethnicity are never the deciding factors in a young person's future.
